Lost: Dajjal's Island
In Islam, the Anti-Christ is living on an island, chained inside a cave, waiting for the end times so he will be allowed to be free and start his reign of deception and miracles.
One of the signs he waits to happen before this release is that Lake of Tabaria will dry out.
He will declare himself God and will rule for 40 days before Christ descends from Heaven and kill him.
Time during those 40 days will be unusual, the first day will last a year (no sunset for a year), the second for a month, the third for a week, the rest will be ordinary days.
He will use trickery to convince people to worship him, making demons impersonate one's dead parents to gain one's trust.
He has a strange talking animal called Jassasa, that goes around the world (leaving the island) to gather news for him while he is forbidden to leave.
Dajjal will have a river and a fire.. He will throw some of his worshipers in the river but they will discover that it's actually a fire, and vice versa for some of those who will defy him.
He will kill one of those who defy him, splitting him in half, then performing a "miracle" by bringing him back to life. But to his dissatisfaction the guy won't change his mind about the Dajjal, declaring that he is a false god and a deceiver.
During the 7th century CE one man (called Tamim) and his crew were shipwrecked on the island, and talked to the chained Dajjal, then came to tell the tale.
=====
This is very similar to the character called "smoke monster" AKA "The Man in Black" on the TV show LOST.
It's also worth mentioning that the Dajjal's main facial characteristic is that he's one-eyed, with the letters K-F-R written between his eyes (infidel)..
The LOST character, John Locke, who became the Smoke monster's vessel, had wound on one of his eyes.. this is part of a main theme on LOST regarding the symbolism of eyes, which is the first and last shots of the series.
