Building eDuke32 from source on Linux (for Ion Fury)
Getting eDuke32 to run on Ubuntu 18.4
In a Terminal, type:
sudo apt-get install build-essential nasm libgl1-mesa-dev libglu1-mesa-dev libsdl1.2-dev libsdl-mixer1.2-dev libsdl2-dev libsdl2-mixer-dev flac libflac-dev libvorbis-dev libpng-dev libvpx-dev libgtk2.0-dev freepats
svn checkout http://svn.eduke32.com/eduke32/
cd eduke32
make
To run the program:
./eduke32
To use it to run Ion Fury:
Copy 3 files from your IonFury directory: fury.grp , fury.def , fury.grpinfo
to your EDuke32 directory
