"I've been on a kind of new path of discovery lately, realizing that life is not about planting yourself behind a computer. Even if you are doing it for a good cause, do too much of it and something else in your life has to take a back seat. The housework, your family, getting out, physical activity, whatever. I guess my bout with adrenal fatigue has taught me the kind of lesson that illness often teaches people, which is that you have to seize the day and live your life to the fullest because you never know when you will lose that opportunity. And as I have concluded, living life to the fullest does not include being holed up at a desk and computer, not even in your own home. So to all of you who spend so much time researching and sharing information, don't forget to balance it out with getting out there and having real-life experiences and relationships. Move your body, indulge your senses, exchange love and energy with the people around you . Live your life!"
